Inspection content and standard of cheap nylon coated wire rope:
1. Check for corrosion:

2. Check the degree of wear:
The cheap nylon coated wire rope will be worn and the diameter will change during use. The maintainer should always measure the diameter, especially the wear of the wear-resistant section. If the diameter becomes much larger than 5%, it should be reported and stopped.
3. Whether there is broken wire or wear phenomenon:
The cheap nylon coated wire rope has been used for a long time, and the steel wire will break. If the wire is seriously broken, it needs to be stopped immediately.

4. Check the fastening of both ends:
The cheap nylon coated wire rope will be connected to the hook. During inspection, be sure to check the fastening of the connection and check the firmness of the hook.
5. Check the shape of the wire rope:
After the cheap nylon coated wire rope is deformed, it will cause kinks, flattening, extrusion of strands, and bending.
6. Check the lubricating grease on the surface of the wire rope:
The cheap nylon coated wire rope should be lubricated with grease, which plays the role of lubrication, anti-corrosion and anti-wear. When checking the wire rope, the grease must be checked to ensure that there is grease and that there are no fines and other debris on the grease.
