When operating, the staff should try to keep the water flow between the inside of the reel and the mold box. If it is found that the galvanized steel wire rope has been cooled and the water is cut off, the operation of the vehicle should be stopped. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the water in the mold box cannot exceed 50 degrees Celsius, and the lubricating fluid in the water tank also needs to be in a circulating state. The temperature of the lubricating fluid cannot exceed 75 degrees Celsius, and an inspection is required for each shift.

When we are drawing galvanized steel wire rope, we should pay attention to strictly abide by the operating sequence. It cannot be operated in a mode-hopping mode. The diameter of the steel wire on the galvanized steel wire rope should also be carefully checked, and it can be kept within the allowed deviation. But if its diameter has exceeded the error within the specified range, it should be replaced in time, and it cannot continue to be put into the next operation line.
