4. Chemical pressure resistance: It is mainly reflected in the ability of customized nylon coated wire rope to resist structural deformation when subjected to lateral chemical pressure. Generally, metal rope cores are better than fiber rope cores, those with fewer strands are better than those with more strands, line contact is better than point contact, surface contact is better than line contact, and the same structure of alternating twist is better than the same direction twist.
5. Flexibility: when the rope diameter is the same, the more steel wires, the greater the flexibility coefficient and the better the flexibility.
6. Structural elongation and elastic modulus: In situations where fixed-length use or rope adjustment is troublesome or difficult, customized nylon coated wire ropes with small structural elongation and large elastic modulus should be selected.
