2. Rope core
The main function of the rope core is to support the nylon-coated steel wire rope to achieve a stable cross-sectional structure. The rope core includes a steel core and a fiber core, and the fiber core includes a natural fiber core and a synthetic fiber core, Natural fiber cores such as sisal, jute, cotton, etc., the synthetic fiber core includes polyethylene and polypropylene filament, etc. The natural fiber core can store more grease, which lubricates the nylon coated wire rope and prolongs the service life of the nylon coated wire rope.
3. Grease
The nylon coated wire rope is sprayed with grease during the twisting process. It has two main functions. One is to lubricate the nylon coated wire rope to reduce the wear of the steel wire surface. Isolation can inhibit the oxidation and corrosion of steel wire ropes.
