Scrap standard for customized zinc alloy wire rope:
1. For the intertwined zinc alloy wire rope, the number of broken wires in one lay length is 10% of the total wire number of the rope.
2. For steel wire ropes for lifting hot metal or dangerous goods, the number of scrapped and broken wires shall be half of that of ordinary cranes, that is, 5%.
3. The steel wire on the surface layer of the steel wire rope is corroded or worn up to 40% of the diameter of the original wire on the surface.
4. The customized zinc alloy wire rope has obvious internal corrosion.
5. The diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 7%.

6. There are cracks or slip deformation at the joint between the customized zinc alloy wire rope and the aluminum alloy; the insertion part of the sling wire rope rigging has serious pull-out; the connection between the cast wire rope anchor and the wire rope is displaced, and the pull-out phenomenon occurs.
7. The surface of customized zinc alloy wire rope is worn or corroded, and there are a certain number of broken wires.
8. The whole strand is broken or burned out.
9. The elongation of the local outer steel wire rope is in a "cage" shape or the diameter of the fiber core of the steel wire rope increases seriously.
10. Serious deformation such as kink, dead angle, hard bending, plastic deformation and hemp core prolapse of customized zinc alloy wire rope occurs.
