There are generally the following methods for lubricating or refueling China 6*7+1*19-4.8mm wire ropes:
Brushing - manual method, low efficiency.
Dumping - manual method, low efficiency and wasteful.
Oil Bath - Dip in heated oil for good penetration.
Drip lubrication or pressure lubrication – top up periodically.
Special lubricating device for wire rope – efficient and convenient.
Spray - Works well on vertical fast moving wire ropes.

Dumping method is suitable for slow-moving China 6*7+1*19-4.8mm wire ropes. Dump at the contact between the rope and the pulley. After the rope leaves the pulley, use a rag to distribute the lubricating oil evenly and remove excess lubricating oil.
The oil bath is suitable for China 6*7+1*19-4.8mm wire ropes that are horizontal or slightly inclined, and require heat treatment of the lubricant.
