Maintenance precautions of customized wire rope for cutting marble:

(2) When there is rust and dirt on the wire rope, use a wire brush to remove it and apply oil;

(4) After the wire rope is coiled, it should be placed in a clean and dry place, and should not be stacked to prevent sprains;
(5) The ends of the customized wire rope for cutting marble are fastened with steel wires or welded with alloys with low melting point, or they can be fastened with iron hoops to prevent the rope ends from loosening;
(6) During use, if oil droplets are extruded on the surface of the customized wire rope for cutting marble, it means that the wire rope has been subjected to considerable force. At this time, the increase of the load should be stopped, and the inspection should be carried out, and a new wire rope should be replaced if necessary.
